This blog and the Australian Non-Toxic Awards is a personal project written by me. I write this blog and run the Awards because I believe we all deserve to be able to make healthy choices for ourselves and our families. I want to help people see past companies’ sometimes tricky marketing terms, so that they can choose the least toxic products. I will never compromise my strict standards when recommending a product.
The views and opinions expressed on this website are purely mine. Brands do pay an entry fee for the chance of being considered in the Awards. I will however only endorse products or services in my blog or the Awards that I believe are worthy of such endorsement, based on my research.
The Australian Non-Toxic Awards are independently run and unaffiliated with any brands, corporations or media organisations. The Awards are free of advertising – effectively making the judging process fair and unbiased by big advertising spends.
This blog does some affiliate relationships that I have selected to work with. I earn a small commission on sales, though your price will not change if you click these links to purchase a product I recommend. The commission I receive helps me pay for the cost of the running of this blog and helps me keep the free content flowing!
This blog does accept free products, services and event tickets from companies and organisations. It does this only if they meet my strict criteria of prioritising non-toxic ingredients, clean living, health and safety.
I do not conduct any objective testing and so any statements made are based on information provided by the manufacturer and others. No products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder, pain, injury, deformity, or physical or mental condition. Individual results of using the products may vary. Any issues with the product should be resolved with the product manufacturer or retailer.
This blog conforms to Australian Law in regard to commercial conduct. I believe in transparency of opinion, association and source. Paid advertising will always be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content.
