“Baby Quoddle Abel series bottles are the most beautiful, non-toxic baby bottles there are. Made from hand blown borosilicate glass and hevea rubber with no paints and only hand woven palm leaf packaging, they are breathtakingly gorgeous. I love that the glass is heat and thermal shock resistant and can be placed in the freezer and then heated without breaking. I also love that the teats are moulded in one piece without joints or cracks for bacteria to reside. The teats are softer than silicone ones and it is possible to completely turn the whole teat inside out for proper cleaning which is fantastic. With the measurements etched into the glass, these beautiful bottles are completely paint free and designed to last.
My only hesitation is not with the product itself, but with the cleaning advice of using Milton, which is a diluted bleach. Having gone to such great lengths to make a truly non-toxic product, I would like to keep it that way. I personally would boil the teat to sterilise and replace it more regularly instead. An absolutely gorgeous non-toxic baby bottle.”

“From the moment you open Baby Quoddle’s Abel Series Bottle it’s clear it is a well thought out, meticulously designed toxin free product. It comes in a beautiful, natural woven bag and has a pure hevea teat/cap. I love the design and the intent to challenge the way people think of bottle feeding. The etched measurements on the side are a great idea as they will not come off. I’m a big fan of rubber products and it’s fantastic to see a top made completely of it and no plastic. The only concern I have is that they can’t be boiled and needs to be sterilised in Milton or similar which could reintroduce toxins to a beautifully toxin free item. The assurance of lead free, borosilicate glass is a great comfort as well for any bottle user. Lovely to hold and reminds me of vintage bottle yet also modern in design.

“I’m over the moon with this bottle. My nearly one-year-old hadn’t drunk from a bottle for about 6 months so I was unsure how he’d take to it. He loves it: the teat, made from Havea rubber, is so soft and beautifully shaped, and the flow is perfect for him. He’s as happy to drink my milk from it as he is from my breast.
The bottle itself is exquisite. It is made of glass, which may ring alarm bells for some parents, but it is made from borosilicate glass, which is thermal shock resistant and can withstand heating and freezing. It’s a real return to basics, with zero plastic, and I just feel so good feeding my baby with it. A wonderful first product for mothers who are unable to breastfeed or weaning. And I love the socially responsible handwoven packaging.”

“Right away, you can tell that you’re in for a surprise. I didn’t know what was in the all-Natural fibrous bag, but I was curious right away. On opening the bag, I see a Natural rubber-looking teat & notice that the colour is quite different to any other I have seen. It reminds me of Pear’s Soap, the age old oval shaped soap bar.
Right away I’m thinking that this bottle is made in heaven. It’s built to last, made with quality Natural materials with all the tender loving care of the old-fashioned mindset to make things really well or don’t bother making them at all.
This is the kind of item that everyone is instinctively drawn to. Giving it a gentle poke & squeeze, the teat is much softer & more flexible than others, this has to be made from something sustainable & I’m blown away to realise that it is rubber & glass, completely plastic-free, amazing!”

“Loved this bottle although little one wouldn’t drink from it. Definitely needs a cover so doesn’t break but love how eco-friendly it is.”
